What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 15 August 2026.
Nibble Smart Home d.o.o., Petra Kočića 14b, 11080 Belgrade, Serbia, is the data controller for everything described on this page. You can reach us at office@nibblesmarthome.com.
This policy is about this website. It is short because there is not much to say.
On a first visit this site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and every font, image and script comes from this site rather than from another company's server. Dismiss the consent banner without accepting and it stays that way.
We load Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag. Your browser then contacts Google's measurement and advertising servers, including google-analytics.com and doubleclick.net, and they store cookies and browser-storage entries on your device:
_ga and related Google Analytics cookies — how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are. We use this to understand which parts of the site are worth keeping._gcl_au, _gcl_ls and related Google Ads entries — whether you arrived from one of our ads, and whether you later got in touch. This is how we find out whether an advertising campaign is paying for itself. The basis for all of this is your consent. Google acts as our processor for analytics and as an independent controller for its own advertising purposes, and may combine what it sees here with data it holds about you from elsewhere. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Your answer to the consent banner is kept in your browser's local storage under nibble-consent, so we do not have to ask again on every page. It never leaves your device. This is the one thing we store without asking, because the alternative is asking endlessly.
The site is served by Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify and CloudFront). Access logging is switched on, so each request is recorded with the IP address it came from, the page requested and the time. We keep these on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and defending a public website; we do not build any picture of you from them, and we never join them to anything else or copy them anywhere. AWS keeps them for as long as the site exists; the period is fixed by AWS and cannot be shortened by us.
If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, and complain to your national data protection authority.
In practice we hold very little: server logs, and — only if you agreed — whatever Google collects on our behalf. The fastest remedy is in your own hands and works immediately: clearing this site's storage withdraws your consent and stops the tags loading.
For anything else, write to office@nibblesmarthome.com and we will answer within one month.
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Where the change matters, we will ask again rather than assume your previous answer still stands.
